Option 1: Debt based investment

Investor receives above industry returns on debt funding.

Option 2: Equity based investment

Investor receives an equity share holding in CitiHome on a project by project basis and potential to participate in the global brand with dividend income and capital uplift on the initial investment.

Option 3: Debt and equity based investment

A combination of the benefits of both of the above investment models.

SERVICED APARTMENTS

Option 1: Income Based Fee

Owner receives 100% of income and pays all operating costs. CitiHome Hospitality Ltd charges a monthly management fee equivalent to 7.5% of gross turnover excluding VAT.

Option 2: Profit Based Fee

Owner receives 100% of income and pays all operating costs, CitiHome charges a monthly management fee equivalent to 20% of the EBITDA.

Option 3: Institutional Lease

Owner receives a fixed rental subject to RPI reviews, length of term negotiable. In all options CitiHome return the property with vacant possession at the end of the term.
